Maureen had good time with Carollyn

7:00 pm: 5mg OLANZAPINE with vanila pudding,

7:00- 7:30 pm Maureen took a nap

Maureen was very sleepy. We couldn't wake her up. That is why we decided to wash and change her first:

Oral care.

We used Aloe Vesta Cleansing Foam and a warm wash cloth to clean face, hands, under arms, Inner elbows/forearms, under brest

We applied Nystatin Ointment under right inner forearm/elbow and Cetaphil to face, arms and hands.

We changed her t-shirt.

7:50 pm : 7.5ml of VIMPAT - unfortunately, she did not want to take the medicine. We think half she has drunk and half she spits out.

8:00 pm : we transferred Maureen to the bed using the Hoyer lift ( medium wet diaper) cleaned Maureen with the CAVILON spray and applied Cavilon lotion.

We applied also Vick’s on throat and chest and CICLOPIROX to both big toes.
