9:30 pm: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

11:45 pm: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:40 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

Maureem slept good all night.

After 4am Maureen was awake for about half hour. She was breathing heavily. Her eyes were open. I gave her water to drink by swabs. She felt asleep before 5.

-9:30am Maureen is awake. Tom gave her a couple of swabs of water. We put her in a upright position & she drank 6oz. of water. We gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce. Also albuterol breathing
