2:00 pm: Maureen was resting in her chair in the kitchen. Me and Alexandra took Maureen to the bedroom. Her diaper was medium wet. We cleaned her and put a new diaper on. Maureen was laying on her left side for her second rest period starting at 2:10pm.

3:10 pm: we changed Maureen. Her diaper was medium wet.

3:25 pm: We headed Maureen to the living room. She was relaxing in the recliner and watching TV. She ate fruit snack.

Maureen was in good mood. She was laughing two times .

6:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry. We took her to the kitchen.

6:10 pm: dinner: chicken broccoli prepared by Carolyn. Maureen was enjoying. After 6.30 she started be very tired .

6:50 pm: 10 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with some applesouce.

7:00 pm: Oral care. Cleaned Maureen with Aloe Vesta Applied Cetaphil Lotion. Applied Vick’s.

7:50 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. We cleaned and changed her.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet. Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 97,7

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 70

7:40 pm: asleep.
