2:30 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her second rest break.

Diaper was dry.

Position to face her right side.

3:30 pm: second rest break ended. Clean and dry diaper.

We dressed Maureen and transferred to the living room.

3:50 pm: Fruit snack - melon, kiwi and pear.

4:00 pm: Maureen is resting in reclainer and watching TV.

4:50 pm: Dry diaper

5:00 pm: dinner: chicken with sweet potato and spinach

1 cup of water with lemon

5:45 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple souce.

Administered METRONIDAZOLE 500 mg.

6:00 pm: Oral Care.

6:30 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Very wet diaper. No Blood.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands, legs and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.
