4:00 pm: Maureen is resting in the reclainer in the living room and watching TV.

5:00 pm: dinner: Marry Me Chicken, Califlower, sweet potato, baked apple prepared by Carolyn. Maureen enjoyed very much.

Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple souce.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was medium wet. A little Blood.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands, legs and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.
