5:00 pm: Maureen is resting in the living room and watching favorite show.

Dry diaper.

5:00 pm: dinner: Pasta with chicken and parmesian.

3/4 cup of water.

5:45 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple souce.

6:20 pm: Oral Care.

6:35 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Medium wet diaper. No Blood.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands, legs and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.

Vitals:

T-97.1

O2-96

P- 82

7:00 pm: Maureen is asleep.

9:30 pm: medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned right side.

12:00 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen was coughing few times between 3am-5am.
