4:00 pm: Maureen is resting in the living room and watching TV.

Dry diaper.

5:00 pm: dinner: Lemon chicken with potatoes and spinach.

3/4 cup of lemon water.

5:45 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple souce.

6:10pm: Oral Care.

6:30 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Medium wet diaper. No Blood.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands, legs and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.

Vitals:

T-97.5

O2-97

P- 71
