7:00 pm:

5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt orange Yoplait

7.5ml of VIMPAT,

oral care, cleanup with warm washcloth,

changed t-shirt

Cetaphil applied to face, arms and hands

7:45 pm : transferred to the bed using the Hoyer lift, a litllie wet pull-ups, cleaned Maureen with the CAVILON spray,

Applied:

-Cavilon

-Vick’s on throat and chest

-CICLOPIROX to both big toes.

8:20 pm: asleep, position left side with two wedge pillows

10:45 pm: medium wet, cleaned & changed, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows

1:00 am: dry, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows

3:00 am: dry, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows

4:40 am: medium wet, cleaned & changed, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows

Maureen slept very good all night.
