5:40 pm : bathroom, medium wet pull-ups, cleaned & changed, no activity in toilet


5:50 pm : transferred to Geri chair,


5:55 pm : dinner: fish, potatos, vegetables, a full cup of water


7:00 pm:


5mg OLANZAPINE with cherry yougurt,


7.5ml of VIMPAT,


oral care, cleanup with warm washcloth,


changed t-shirt


Cetaphil applied to face, arms and hands.


7:45 pm : transferred to the bed using the Hoyer lift, Medium wet pull-ups, cleaned Maureen with the CAVILON spray,


Cavilon applied.


Vick’s on throat and chest applied


NYSTATIN applied under left breast


CICLOPIROX applied to both big toes


8.10 pm: asleep, position left side with two wedge pillows


10.00 pm: dry, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows

11.30 pm: dry

1.15 am: medium wet, cleaned and changed,

repositioned left side with two wedge pillows

2.30 am: dry

4.30 am: medium wet, cleaned and changed,

repositioned right side with two wedge pillows

Maureen slept good all night.

-9:30am Maureen is awake and Tom gave her a few swabs of water. We sat Maureen in a upright position & gave her 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/pear puree & a albuterol breathing treatment. Maureen drank 6oz
