4:00 pm : Maureen was resting in living room, watching tv

5:00 pm: transferred Maureen to the bedroom (using the Hoyer lift), cleaned & changed in bed (medium wet diaper), Cavilon lotion applied

5:20 pm: transferred to the chair in the kitchen (using the Hoyer lift),

5:30 pm : dinner: chilI casserole, cup of water

6:00 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT

6:05 pm: 5mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla pudding

6:10 pm:

Oral care. Cleaned face, hands, under arms, Inner elbows/forearms, under brest - used Aloe Vesta Cleansing Foam and a warm wash cloth. Applied Nystatin Ointment under right inner forearm/elbow and under right and left breast.

Changed t-shirt.

Applied Cetaphil to face, arms and hands.

6.25 pm : Maureen had a good time with Tommy

7:00 pm :transferred Maureen to the bed using the Hoyer lift, medium wet diaper, cleaned & changed, position left side with two wedge pillows

Applied Vick’s on throat and chest and CICLOPIROX to both big toes.

7:20 pm: asleep

8:45 pm: cleaned & changed (medium wet diaper), repositioned right side with two wedge pillows
