4:00 - 5:30 pm :Maureen relaxed in living room watched tv

5:30 pm: cleaned & changed in bed (medium wet diaper), Cavilon lotion applied


5:55 pm: transferred to the chair in the kitchen (using the Hoyer lift),


6:00 pm : dinner, baked ziti, salad, chocolate cake, 1 cup of water


6:55 pm: 5mg OLANZAPINE with strawberry yogurt, 7.5ml of VIMPAT,


7: 10 pm:

Oral care,

Used Aloe Vesta Cleansing Foam and a warm wash cloth to clean Face, Hands, under arms, Inner elbows/forearms, under breasts

Applied Nystatin Ointment under right inner forearm/elbow,

Changed t-shirt,

Cetaphil applied to face, arms and hands.


7:40 pm : transferred to the bed using the Hoyer lift, a littlie wet diaper, cleaned Maureen with the CAVILON spray,

Applied:

-Cavilon lotion

-Nystatin Ointment under the left breast

-Vick’s on throat and chest

-CICLOPIROX to both big toes.


8:00 pm: asleep, position left side with two wedge pillows

10:30 pm: medium wet diaper, cleaned&changed, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows

12:30 am: dry, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows

2:30 am: dry, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows

4:45 am: medium wet diaper, cleaned&changed, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows


Maureen slept good all night.
