4:00 pm: conversation with the nurse

Maureen was resting in bed


4:20 pm: cleaned & changed in bed (medium wet diaper), Cavilon lotion applied


4:30 pm: transferred to the chair in living room (using the Hoyer lift),


6:00 pm : dinner: chicken pie, chocolate cake, 2 cups of water


7:10 pm: 5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt, 7.5ml of VIMPAT,


7: 20 pm: Oral care, cleanup with warm washcloth and aloa vera, changed t-shirt, Cetaphil applied to face, arms and hands.


7:40 pm : transferred to the bed using the Hoyer lift, medium wet diaper, cleaned Maureen with the CAVILON spray,

Cavilon lotion applied,

NYSTATIN applied under left breast,

Vick’s on throat and chest applied, CICLOPIROX applied to both big toes.


8:30 pm: asleep, position left side with two wedge pillows
