4:00 pm : Maureen was resting in bed

4:30 pm: transferred Maureen to the living room using the Hoyer Lift

5:40 pm: dinner: chicken pot pie,

6:20 pm: 5mg OLANZAPINE with peach yogurt

6:30 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT

6:20 pm:

Oral care.

Cleaned face, hands, under arms, Inner elbows/forearms, under breast - used Aloe Vesta Cleansing Foam and a warm wash cloth. Applied Nystatin Ointment under right inner forearm/elbow and under right and left breast. Changed t-shirt.

Applied Cetaphil to face, arms and hands and Vick’s on throat and chest.

7:15 pm :transferred Maureen to the bed using the Hoyer Lift

Cleaned & changed in bed (medium wet diaper and very small formed movement)

Cavilon lotion applied

Position left side with two wedge pillows.

White small pillow between legs.


We didn't applied CICLOPIROX to both big toes today because the podiatrist said it das not work.

July 28/ July 29 overnight update

10:00pm, light wet, cleaned, changed, reposition up for nebulizer/ Albuterol. Moisture Maureen lips and inside mouth with swab . Tom was able to take some phlegm out. T 97.5 O 83% P 103 Maureen breath

 
 
 
Tuesday July 28,2026 Daytime Update.

Tom’s Update Around 9AM: Tom administered 0.25ml of Morphine, And 0.50ml Lorazepam. Maureen sleeping comfortably. No pain, no moaning. 9:30AM- Maureen is on her left side still sleeping comfortably.
