4:00 pm: Maureen is resting in the reclainer and watching TV.

Dry diaper.

5:00 pm: dinner: chicken, asparagus,

1/2 cup of lemon water.

5:45 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple souce.

6:10 pm: Oral Care.

6:25 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Very wet diaper. Small formed BM.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands, legs and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.

Vitals:

O2-99

P- 66

6:50 pm: Maureen is asleep.

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, already awake. Tom’s giving her sips of water via swab , No signs of pain or any distress. 9:35AM- We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg

10:00pm, heavy wet, very small, formed poop, cleaned, changed, reposition right 12:00am, dry, reposition left 3:00am, dry, reposition right 4:00am, medium wet, cleaned, changed 5:40am, dry, reposition
