November 12-13, 2021, Friday, Night Shift

4:00 pm : Maureen was resting in living room

After five, Carolyn came in with dinner from a Chinese restaurant.


5:20 pm: transferred Maureen to the bedroom

The diaper was medium wet, cleaned and changed in bed, Cavilon lotion applied.

5:35 pm: transferred Maureen to the kitchen

5.40 pm Dinner: Chinese Chicken with rice and vegetables

Maureen enjoyed her dinner very much.


6:05 pm: 5mg OLANZAPINE with peach yogurt

6:15 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT

After taking the medicine, Maureen fell asleep for half an hour.


6:45 pm: we were waking Maureen to start her oral hygiene.

6:55 pm:

Oral care.

Cleaned face, hands, under arms, Inner elbows/forearms, under breast - used Aloe Vesta Cleansing Foam and a warm wash cloth. Applied Nystatin Ointment under right inner forearm/elbow and under right and left breast. Changed t-shirt. Applied Cetaphil to face, arms and hands.


7:20 pm :transferred Maureen to the bed, cleaned & changed in bed (medium wet diaper and small formed movement), Cavilon lotion applied, position left side with two wedge pillows. Applied CICLOPIROX to both big toes. Applied Vick’s on throat and chest.


7:30 pm: asleep

10:00 pm: medium wet diaper, cleaned & changed, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows

12:15 am: dry, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows

2:15 am: dry, repositioned right side with two wedge pillows

4:30 am: medium wet diaper, cleaned & changed, repositioned left side with two wedge pillows


Maureen slept good all night.

8:00AM - Maureen's sleeping soundlessly while on her left side. 8:35AM - She woke up, no signs of any distress. We gave her sips of water via swab. BP: 110/60, P: 65 bpm, O2: 94% 8:50AM - Neb treatmen

 
 
 
November 7, Frida, Night Shift

9:30 pm: dry diaper. Repositioned to the right side. 11:45 pm: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Repositioned to the left side. 2:30 am: dry diaper. Repositioned to the right side. 4:45 am: dry
