Monday, Sept 22, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's awake and on her left side, she had sips of water via swab.

She still looked sleepy and closed her eyes 10mins after.

8:40AM - Maureen opened her eyes, looked more awake than earlier. We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

8:45AM - Neb treatment with saline sol'n.

9:00AM - Me and Dalia gave Maureen a full body bed bath using water and cetaphil cleanser. Diaper was dry with very light, yellowish v. discharge. No redness on skin. We cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We dressed Maureen and also washed her hair.

9:20AM - Transferred to the front room. She had 10oz lemon water. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with grape jam and butter, pear, ane 8oz prune juice with 1 cap MiraLAX. Coughed 3x. Maureen was able to cough out the phlegm.

10:05AM - Oral care.

10:10AM - Eye care/eye drops routine.

Facial ans hand care routine as well.

10:30AM - Shelly, RN and Meghan, social worker arrived. Lungs clear, bowel sounds active.

T : 98.4

**Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

11:50PM - Eyes still closed, we moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

12:50PM - 1st rest break is over. Diaper was medium wet, we cleaned and changed her. Transferred to the front room after.

1:00PM - Lunch - tuna salad, tomato, lentil soup, and sherbet with brownie. She had 10oz of sparkling water. Maureen ate well. Coughed 4x and multiple sneezes.

1:50PM - Oral care.

2:35PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the right side.

3:35PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was clean and dry. We got her dressed and moved to the front room.

3:45PM - Maureen took 9oz water with electrolyte powder. Fruit snack followed (kiwi, pear and melon).
