• 4:00pm Maureen is sitting comfortably watching games show.

• 4:45pm Checked diaper, it’s dry.

• 4:50pm Dinner: Beef pot roast bowl, half cup of lemon water. Coughed once.

• 5:50pm Administered 12.5ml Vimpat and 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Evening oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom. There Merianne and I clean/change a medium wet diaper, applied Cavilon barrier cream. Wipe/clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream, including lower extremities. Redness by her left breast it’s slightly visible, applied nystatin powder.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 97.1, Pulse: 72, O2: 97.
