Monday March 11, 2024 Swing shift

• 4:00pm Maureen is resting comfortably in her recliner while watching tv with Tom and Tommy.

• 4:45pm Checked diaper, it’s dry.

• 4:50pm Blood pressure: 105/62, P 71.

• 5:00pm Dinner: Spaghetti with meatballs and half cup of lemon water. Coughed once.

• 5:50pm Evening meds: 12.5ml Vimpat, 5mg Olanzapine with apple sauce.

• 6:00pm Oral care.

• 6:20pm Transferred Maureen to the bedroom, there we cleaned and changed a heavy wet diaper, applied Cavilon cream. Wiped clean hands and face, applied Cetaphil cream to face and hands, including lower extremities.

• 6:50pm Positioned on her left side, Maureen goes to sleep for the night.

• Vitals: Temp: 97.3, Pulse: 70, O2: 97.
