Monday, June 17, 2024 - Swing Shift

4:00PM - Maureen looking relaxed while watching her favorite game show. She finished her cup of cold ginger tea.

4:50PM - Diaper is light wet.

5:10PM - Dinner was chicken limone, potato and spinach. Maureen had half a cup of lemon water. No coughs.

6:00PM - Administered 5mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce and 12.5ml Vimpat.

6:15PM - Oral care.

6:25PM - Me and Maya transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was lightly wet, we cleaned/dried and changed her. Applied Cavilon cream on folds. Applied Cetaphil lotion on face, both arms and legs. Position to face her left side with pillow between legs and 2 wedges on the back.

6:45PM - Maureen is sleeping.
