Monday, July 21, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's on her left side soundly sleeping.

8:30AM - She's still sleeping.

8:45AM - Maureen slightly opened her eyes, took sips of water via swab and went back to sleep 8mins after.

9:15AM - Maureen is still sleeping.

9:45AM - We switched Maureen to face on the right side, her eyes remained close.

10:10AM - Maureen opened her eyes, still looking sleepy but more awake.

We placed her in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 100/58, P: 62, O2: 93%

10:25AM - Me and Dalia gave her a full body bed bath with warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. Diaper was dry with very small, bloody discharge. We cleaned and changed her, applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We dressed Maureen and washed her hair after.

10:50AM - We transferred to the front room. Maureen took 8oz of lemon water and administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

11:05AM - Neb treatment with saline.

Breakfast - waffle with syrup, pear and 6oz prune juice. Coughed 3x and sneeze 2x. Maureen was able to cough up the phlegm by herself.

11:50AM - Oral care.

11:55AM - Eye care/eye drops routine. Facial and hand care routine after.

12:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we placed to face her on the right side.

1:05PM - Short rest break ended, diaper was still clean and dry. We got her dressed and transferred to the front room.

1:08PM - Lunch - chicken and veggies soup (blended) and 9oz sparkling water. Maureen coughed 4x and sneezed 2x.

**Took a bit longer to finish lunch, hardly opening and chewing - looking tired.

2:00PM - Administered 15ml of Tylenol with apple sauce.

2:20PM - Oral care.

2:45PM - Maureen had a 15min nap. We transferred her to the bedroom for the 2nd rest break, diaper was still clean and dry. Position to face her right side.

3:40PM - 2nd rest break is over. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Got Maureen dressed and moved to the front room.

3:50PM - Maureen took 2oz of lemon water. Fruit snack followed (kiwi, pear and melon).
