Monday, July 14, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's already awake, Dalia's giving her sips of water via swab. Looking well-rested, no signs of pain or distress.

8:35AM - We placed Maureen in an upright position and administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce. Maureen coughed once and we used suction machine once to aid getting out the phlegm.

BP: 106/60, P: 70, O2 - 92 (1st), 93 (2nd & 3rd)

8:50AM - We gave Maureen a full body bed bath using warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. Diaper was dry, we cleaned and changed her. Over-all skin is clear from any redness or rashes. Applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. Finished dressing and transferred to the kitchen.

9:20AM - Maureen took 8oz of lemon water before breakfast. Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.

Breakfast - waffle with syrup, pear, 6oz prune juice. Maureen coughed 3x, sneezed once.

9:55AM - Oral care.

Neb treatment with saline.

10:10AM - Eye care/eye drops routine. Facial and hand care routine after.

10:25AM - We are going out for a walk.

11:05AM - Arrived home from a quick walk, sun got too hot (less wind). Maureen leaned all the way back on wheelchair and closed her eyes halfway on our walk.

11:15AM - Eyes still closed.

11:30AM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was

clean and dry. We placed to face her on the right side. Maureen's awake now.

12:20PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry, we proceed to got her dressed to the front room.

12:30PM - Lunch - tuna salad, fresh avocado, veggie soup. Maureen finished 10oz of sparkling water. She coughed 4-5x.

1:15PM - Oral care.

2:00PM - Maureen looking calm while sitting on her recliner, hands relaxed.

We transferred her to the bedroom earlier for the 2nd rest break since Sister Roberta will be coming. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Position to face the left side.

3:00PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry, we got her dressed and moved to the front room.

3:10PM - Maureen finished 4oz of lemon water. Fruit snack followed.

**Total liquid intake - 30oz.

3:45PM - Barb arrived.
