Monday Feb. 23rd Daytime Summary

-9:30am Maureen is awake, I put her in a upright position & gave her 20ml of cough syrup w/applesauce & 75mcg of Levothyroxine w/applesauce. Maureen drank 4oz of orange juice w/Miralax.

-10:00am Morning Care changed Maureen's diaper it was dry/no VD,applied sureprep and cavilon to appropriate areas. Washed Maureen's upper extremities w/warm purple wipes & dressed her to start her day.

-10:30am transferred Maureen into the living room, brushed her hair.

-10:45am made breakfast a waffle w/jelly, gave Maureen 10mg of Loratadine w/applesauce. She drank a few zips of hydration water.

-11:30am Oralcare & applied facial and hand moisturizer.

-11:45am Maureen is resting

-1:00pm afternoon fruit snack diced watermelon and pears. Maureen finished 10oz.of hydration water.

-2:00pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for afternoon break, changed her diaper it was dry. Inserted a suppository & positioned Maureen on her left side.

-3:30pm Maureen had a large soft BM, changed her & dressed her to start her afternoon.

-3:45pm transferred Maureen into the living room, watching game shows. Maureen finished 10oz.of sparkling water.

-4:30 dinner baked pasta w/chicken & she drank 10oz of coconut water.

-5:10pm gave Maureen 5mg of OlanZapine w/applesauce & 10mg/ml of Lacosamide w/applesauce.

-5:20pm Oralcare

-5:40pm transferred Maureen into the bedroom for bedtime, changed her diaper medium soft Bm applied cavilon to appropriate areas & dressed her for the night. Positioned her on her left side.

-Vitals T-98.0 PO- 77/98

9:30AM - Maureen's on her left side, still sleeping. 9:45AM- Maureen is awake, no signs of pain or any distress. We check the left foot it already very light color we still Applied Triamcinolone 0.1%
