Monday, Feb. 10, 2025 - Daytime Update

8:00AM - Maureen's awake, she's lying on her left side. Looking relaxed and comfortable.

8:20AM - She closed her eyes and went back to sleep.

8:45AM - She opened her eyes again and looking more awake than earlier, we placed in an upright position and administer 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 106/60, P: 67 bpm

8:55AM - Me and Dalia gave her a full body bed bath with warm water and Cetaphil cleanser. Light redness seen on right underarm, applied Nystatin powder after cleaning and drying the area. Diaper was dry with small, yellowish vaginal discharge. The light redness on Maureen's sacrum is still visible, skin is intact. We cleaned/dried and changed her, applied Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and cream on inner thighs. We finished dressing and proceed to wash her hair.

9:25AM - We transferred Maureen to the kitchen to dry & style her hair.

**Maureen's a bit phlemgy before she got up and has been trying to cough up the phlegm. Used suction machine once to help her with it.

9:30AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with apple sauce.**Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.

Breakfast - Scrambled egg, banana, and half a cup of coffee. Maureen also had a cup of water. Coughed once.

10:00AM - Oral care.

10:10AM - Eye care and eye drops routine.

Facial and hand care routine followed.

10:40AM - No naps for Maureen after breakfast today - just sitting and listening to the music.

11:15AM - She has 1/4 cup of tea.

11:30AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry, we position her to face the right side.

12:30PM - 1st rest break ended. Diaper was still clean and dry, no vaginal discharges. We dressed and transferred her to the kitchen.

12:42PM - Lunch was tuna salad, fresh tomato and sweet pea soup (blended). Maureen finished a cup of sparkling water. No coughs.

1:35PM - Carolyn arrived to visit.

Oral care.

**Reclined geri chair 2 notch this time due to Maureen leaning too forward and for her comfort.

2:15PM - Maureen finished a cup of cold tea.

2:30PM - We transferred Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was heavy wet, we cleaned and changed her. Lower abdomen is lightly red, we clean and dried the area, applied Nystatin cream. Then, position to face the left side.

3:40PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was clean and dry. We proceed to dressed her and went to the front room.

3:50PM - Maureen had 1/4 of lemon water. Fruit snack followed (apple, banana and melon).
