8:00AM - Maureen was awake however, looking a little sleepy. Lying on her left side - we will give her more time. No signs of pain or distress.

8:40AM - Maureen is ready to start her day, we placed he in an upright position. Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with apple sauce.

BP: 100/62, P: 60 bpm

8:50AM - Me and Dalia gave her a full body bath. No redness/rashes on upper body. Diaper was medium wet with very small, yellowish vaginal discharge. We cleaned/dried and changed her. Appliee Cavilon barrier film on sacrum and Cavilon cream on inner thighs. Dressed Maureen and proceed to wash her hair.

Checked the back of Maureen's right leg, rashes almost gone.

We then, transferred to the kitchen to blow-dry and style her hair.

9:20AM - We gave Maureen her 6 oz prune juice with 1/2 cap Miralax.

Administered 1 tab of 800 mg Acyclovir with yogurt.

..continue to blow dry her hair.

9:35AM - **Reclined geri chair one notch for comfort.

Breakfast - buttered toast and banana, finished the rest of the yogurt and 3/4 cup of water. Maureen coughed 2x.

MiraLAX dose today - 1/2 cap

10:00AM - Administered 10mg of Loratadine with yogurt.

10:20AM - Oral care.

10:25AM - Eye care/eye drops routine.

Facial and hand care routine.

10:35AM - Applied Triamcinolone Acetonide cream on Maureen's dorsal (back) left hand.

Maureen closed her eyes for a nap.

11:20AM - Administered 1 tab of 800mg Acyclovir (crushed) with apple sauce.

11:35AM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 1st rest break. Diaper was clean and dry. We position Maureen to face her right side.

12:35PM - Denise, RN arrived for the weekly visit as well as to check on Maureen's rashes/shingles. She said, it's looking better and advised to continue taking the antiviral meds.

12:50PM - We got Maureen up, 1st rest break ended. Diaper was medium wet with medium soft BM. We cleaned and changed her. Dressed and transferred to the kitchen.

1:00PM - Lunch - shrimp salad, beets and sweet pea soup. Maureen had a cup of sparkling water. Coughed 4x and sneezed 3x.

1:30PM - Administered 1 tab of 800mg Acyclovir (crushed) with apple sauce.

1:40PM - Oral care.

Maureen was sitting comfortably on her recliner - awake. She had half a cup of water.

2:30PM - We moved Maureen to the bedroom for her 2nd rest break. Diaper was medium wet with medium soft BM. We cleaned her thoroughly and changed, position to face the left side.

3:30PM - 2nd rest break ended. Diaper was

clean and dry. We get Maureen dressed and went to the front room.

3:40PM - Administered 1 tab of 800mg of Acyclovir (crushed) with apple sauce.

Fruit snack followed (kiwi, pear and melon).
