Monday 10-28-24 Swingshift

4:15pm Maureen is having some sips of lemon water during the game shows.

4:30pm she is now light wet, drinking pretty well now.

4:45pm Joanna prepared a dinner consisting of dumplings, lamb stew, potatoes and carrots, that Carolyn made and dropped off earlier.

We both enjoyed it very much 😉 Maureen finished 3/4 of a cup of lemon water with dinner.

5:45pm 12.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE were administered with applesauce.

6:10pm cleanup and oral care is performed.

6:20pm we transferred to the bedroom to get ready for bed. Maureen has a light wet diaper, we perform a clean and change, put Cavallon lotion in the usual folds. She is put on her left side and propped up with the two wedge pillows. The evening vitals are as follows.;
