5 : 30 We headed Maureen to the bedroom.

Changed diaper was heavy wet.

5: 50 We escorted Maureen to the kitchen.

6:00 Dinner. Maureen has a good appetite for

BBQ chicken and potato salad

6:30 Maureen is asleep in the chair

6:45 Apple sauce with OlanZapine. Oral care and

clean up. She was still on and off asleep.

We decided to transfer to the bed. Changed

medium wet diaper and fresh t-shirt. Applied wix on chest and throut. And at this time Maureen was awake enough to take her Vimpat.

We waited 10 min in a sitting up position to ensure the medication was swallow. Laying on her left side Maureen was asleep at 8 o'clock.
