6:00 pm: Bathroom: #1, change

6:15 pm: Dinner: beef, potatos, carrots

7:30 pm :7.5 MG OLANZAPINE with yogurt

7.5 ML VIMPAT,

Clean up, Teeth, Ready for bed

VICK'S on chest & throat, toe,

changed

8:10 pm: Bed, asleep by 8:30 pm

11:00 pm : dry

11:30 pm: wet,cleaned, changed, repositioned

1:00 am: dry, repositioned

3:00 am: dry, repositioned

4:30 am: wet, cleaned, changed, repositioned


Slept good all night, no cough, no poop.

10-pm checked on Maureen, she is dry and I repositioned Maureen to the right. 1- am check Maureen she was wet ,Ichanged Maureen and repositioned to the left. 2:30 am I looked in on Maureen she was
