5:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:45 pm: We transferred Maureen from the reclainer to the Geri Chair.

5:50 pm Dinner: lemon chicken , spinach and potatos, meatballs.

Maureen coughed four times during the dinner.

6:40 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with orange yogurt.

6:45 pm: Evening oral care.

7:00 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bed.

The diaper was very wet.

We washed Maureen with wet clouth and Cavilon Cleanser. We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil Lotion on her face.

Temp.: 97,1

Oxygen: 95

Heart Rate: 70

8:15 pm : asleep

10:45 pm: medium wet diaper

Cleaned i changed. Repositioned right side.

1:00 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

3:00 am : dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

4:30 am: medium wet diaper

Cleaned i changed. Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.

July 28/ July 29 overnight update

10:00pm, light wet, cleaned, changed, reposition up for nebulizer/ Albuterol. Moisture Maureen lips and inside mouth with swab . Tom was able to take some phlegm out. T 97.5 O 83% P 103 Maureen breath

 
 
 
Tuesday July 28,2026 Daytime Update.

Tom’s Update Around 9AM: Tom administered 0.25ml of Morphine, And 0.50ml Lorazepam. Maureen sleeping comfortably. No pain, no moaning. 9:30AM- Maureen is on her left side still sleeping comfortably.
