1:30 pm: Maureen was resting in Geri Chair and having good time with Colleen and Carolyn.

Happy Birthday Colleen!!!

1:35 pm: lunch: soup, shrimps salad, craker with hummus, cheese,

cup of water with lemon

2:45 pm: oral care

3:00 pm: we transfered Maureen to bed. The diaper was light wet. Me and Colleen cleaned and changed Maureen.

3:20 pm: we transfered Maureen to the reclainer. She ate a bowl of fruit’s snack. Full cup of water with lemon. 3:45 pm: The nurse Ann visited Maureen

After she left Maureen was watching TV.

5:00 pm: dinner: cheeseburger with tomato and zucchini, cup of water with lemon

5:45 pm :desert: rice pudding

6:00 pm: 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with orange cream yogurt.

6:15 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: Me and Tom transferred Maureen to the bed.

Tommy visited Maureen :)

6:40 pm: very wet diaper and very small formed BM.

No discharge.

We washed Maureen with wet clouth and Cavilon Cleanser. We applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Vicks on her chest and Cetaphil Lotion on her face.

Temp.: 95,5

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 71

Fri 6-26-26 overnight update

10pm - I checked on Maureen and repositioned to the right , she was clean and dry. 12AM - Maureen was dry , i repositioned her to the left . 2AM - Maureen is dry, and repositioned to the right.

 
 
 
June 25, Friday, Day Shift

9:30 am: Maureen opens and closes her eyes, she is breathing calmly. Temp: 97.8 9:45 am: We gave her few sips of water via swab. We placed Maureen in an upright position. 9:55 am: Administered 75mcg o
