June 25, Friday, Day Shift

9:30 am: Maureen opens and closes her eyes, she is breathing calmly.

Temp: 97.8

9:45 am: We gave her few sips of water via swab.

We placed Maureen in an upright position.

9:55 am: Administered 75mcg of Levothyroxine with pear sauce.

4 oz of water (with thickener)

10:05 am: Nebulizer.

10:20 am: Me and Sheryl washed Maureen’s upper body with warm purple wipes.

Dry diaper. Small brown discharge.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Sureprep barrier film on sacrum and Prevent Silicone Cream on inner thighs.

We applied Triamcinolone Cream on her foot.

We washed right breast with gauze sponges and Skintegrity.

We washed Maureen’s hair.

Coughing- 3 times, suction- 2 times


11:10 am: We transferred Maureen to the living room.

11:30 am: Breakfast: waffles with butter and jelly, kiwi.

Administered 10 mg of Cetirizine Hcl with pear souce.

Coughing- dry- 2 times, no suction

12:00 pm: Administered Geri-Tussin with pear souce.

8 oz water with lemon and thickener

12:15 pm: Oral care.

Face routine.


1:15 pm: lunch: yogurt, broccoli soup with thickener

10 oz of warter with lemon and thickener

Coughing- 4 times, suction - 3 times

2:00 pm: Nebulizer


2:10 pm - we took Maureen to the bedroom for break-rest

Dry diaper.


3:10 pm: Dry diapier.

We took Maureen to the living room.

10 oz pof sprinkle water with thickener.


4:30 pm: Dry diaper.

Dinner: macaronii cheese, banana.

10 oz of sprinkle water with thickener.


5:15 pm: Administred: 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with pear sauce.

Administered Geri-Tussin with pear souce.


5:30 pm: Oral Care.

5:50 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Very wet diaper. Small amount of blood.

Cleaned and changed. Administered Prevent Silicone Cream.

We applied Triamcinolone Cream on her foot.

We washed right breast with gauze sponges and Skintegrity.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.

Saturday June 27, 2026 Daytime Update

9:30AM- Maureen’s on her left side slowly opening her eyes, Tom was giving her sips of water earlier around 8 ish she was awake. 10:00AM-Maureen is awake , check her temp. 97.9 no signs of pain or any

 
 
 
Fri 6-26-26 overnight update

10pm - I checked on Maureen and repositioned to the right , she was clean and dry. 12AM - Maureen was dry , i repositioned her to the left . 2AM - Maureen is dry, and repositioned to the right.
