We made the decision several weeks ago to ake the lift recliner Maureen's home base for each day while she is awake. The state-of-the-art chair has many feaurres. Since Maureen will now spend her entire waking day in the chair, we need to fully utilize all of its features to maximize her comfort and safety.

Golden Technologies lift recliner demonstration video

Maureen's recliner has many features–so many tht it can be a bit overwhelming. The manufacturer, Golden Technologies, produced a very informative demonstration video highlighting all of the chair's capabilities. Please click/tap here to watch the first 6:20 of the video to get better acquainted with all of the chair's features.

Essential feature | Lumbar support

The chair is not built for a person of Maureen's height. This is why all of the chair's features provide the ability to customize it for her. I tested the chair extensively after it arrived more than three years ago.

Please click/tap on the attached PDF to view a detailed overview of the chair remote control.

One of the most critical features is the lumbar support that provides comfort/support to Maureen's lower back. I highlighted the lumbar support keys with a gold arrow.

After you place Maureen in the lift recliner and get her properly position, press and hold the S16 button(increase lumbar support) and count to three. Place your hand between Maureen's back and the lumbar support. If there is too little or too much support, make the required adjustment.

Please take a few minutes to become familiar with all of the keys on the remote.

Thank you for taking the time to view the video and the PDF desribing the remote control. Please feel free to contat Brian with any questions you may have.
