  • Maureen did not go to sleep until 11:00PM last night. It is now 6:45AM. She is already awake and stirring.

  • Her last bowel movement occurred at 12:10PM on Friday March 5. We will need to closely monitor when she next has a bowel movement.

  • Day began at 8:05AM. Maureen is alert and cheery. Pull up was wet. Maya changed and thoroughly cleaned Maureen.

  • Maureen’s nose was congested. We gave her a dose of Flonase in each nostril.

  • Coughing was more prevalent during breakfast - 5 to 6 times.

  • Maureen’s posture is good this morning so far. She is not leaning left or right at all.

  • 10:05AM - Maureen continues to cough somewhat frequently - on a few occasions she gets red in the face.

  • We administered the Lacosamide at approximately 8:30AM. It has hit home. Maureen’s attentiveness, speech, coordination, engagement and energy have all materially dissipated. She is drooling slightly from the right side of her mouth.

  • 10:50AM - Went to the bathroom. Pull up was wet. Maureen also urinated a good amount in the toilet. The urine was cloudy.

  • Maureen got a burst of energy after sitting down in the recliner. She is fidgeting around a lot in the chair.

  • 1:35PM - We took Maureen to the bathroom. Pull up was wet. She urinated a small amount in the toilet. It was cloudy.

  • 3:45PM - Maureen asked to go to the bathroom. Pull up was dry. She urinated a small amount in the toilet. It was cloudy.
