5:00 pm: Maureen was resting in recliner in the living room.

5:20 pm: transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was very wet: cleaned changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

6:15 pm: Dinner: Sandwich with a lot of beef and same French fries - from Portillos. Maureen enjoyed drinking mint shake:)

6:55 pm: 7.5ml of VIMPAT and 5mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla/chocolate pudding.

7:05 pm: Oral care, cleanup, Cetaphil lotion applied, Vick’s on throat and chest, changed t-shirt

7:30 pm: transfered Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was medium wet. Cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion.

Position left side with two wedge pillows.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet and Tolcylen to both big toes.

Temp: 97.4

Oxygen: 98

Heart rate : 82

7:55 pm: asleep.

10:00 pm: medium wet diaper. Cleaned, changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

11:45 pm: a little wet diaper. Cleaned, changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

2:15 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

4:30 am: a little wet diaper. Cleaned, changed, applied Cavilon Lotion. Repositioned left side with two wedge pillows and white small pillow between legs.

Maureen slept good all night.
