4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:10 pm: Carolyn brouth a Dinner: Salmon with spinach and pasta.

Maureen enjoyed very much.

Maureen coughed four times during the dinner.

6:00 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with Jello.

6:20 pm: Evening oral care.

6:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Very wet diaper. Cleaned and changed her.

Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed. Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vicks.

We applied Hydrocortisone Cream On the neck.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature 98,3

Oxygen: 93

Heart Rate: 65

7:00 pm : asleep

10:30 pm : medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Repositioned right side.

12:00 am: medium wet diaper. Cleaned and changed. Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper

Repositioned right side

4:30 am : a little wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositoned left side.

July 28/ July 29 overnight update

10:00pm, light wet, cleaned, changed, reposition up for nebulizer/ Albuterol. Moisture Maureen lips and inside mouth with swab . Tom was able to take some phlegm out. T 97.5 O 83% P 103 Maureen breath

 
 
 
Tuesday July 28,2026 Daytime Update.

Tom’s Update Around 9AM: Tom administered 0.25ml of Morphine, And 0.50ml Lorazepam. Maureen sleeping comfortably. No pain, no moaning. 9:30AM- Maureen is on her left side still sleeping comfortably.
