4:00 pm: Maureen was resting in the reclainer and watching TV.

5:10 pm: Dinner: Beef and noodles and brocolli. Maureen enjoyed very much.

Maureen coughed two times during the dinner.

6:00 pm : 12,5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with apple souce and pumpkin / latte cake.

6:20 pm: Evening oral care.

7:30 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Medium wet diaper and medium soft bowel movement. Cleaned and changed her.

Applied Cavilon Lotion.

Cleaned Maureen in bed. Applied Cetaphil Lotion and Vicks.

We noticed another bite on the neck. We applied Hydrocortisone Cream.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature 97,2

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 75

Fri 6-26-26 overnight update

10pm - I checked on Maureen and repositioned to the right , she was clean and dry. 12AM - Maureen was dry , i repositioned her to the left .

 
 
 
June 25, Friday, Day Shift

9:30 am: Maureen opens and closes her eyes, she is breathing calmly. Temp: 97.8 9:45 am: We gave her few sips of water via swab. We placed Maureen in an upright position. 9:55 am: Administered 75mcg o
