5:45 pm: Dinner: Fish & Chips,

10 MG OLANZAPINE with vanilla pudding

5 ML VIMPAT, FLONASE

Teeth, clean up, spa, ready for bed,

VICKS on chest & throat, changed, 7:30 pm: Bed, asleep by 8.10 pm

10:00 pm: dry, reposition

12:00 pm: dry, reposition

1:00 am: medium wet, cleaned, changed, reposition

3:00 am: dry, reposition

4.30 am: medium wet, cleaned, changed, reposition

Slept good all night.

10:00pm, light wet, cleaned, changed, reposition up for nebulizer/ Albuterol. Moisture Maureen lips and inside mouth with swab . Tom was able to take some phlegm out. T 97.5 O 83% P 103 Maureen breath

Tuesday July 28,2026 Daytime Update.

Tom’s Update Around 9AM: Tom administered 0.25ml of Morphine, And 0.50ml Lorazepam. Maureen sleeping comfortably. No pain, no moaning. 9:30AM- Maureen is on her left side still sleeping comfortably.
