5:30am Dry, no change.

6:30 Dry, no change, repositioned.

(Maureen is serene this a.m. No movement or talking).

7:15 Maureen starts a little talking/moving.

7:30 Maureen awoke medium wet changed, wash, dressed, sitting on bedside.

8:00 Breakfast: banana, oatmeal, regular meds & 2.5ml VIMPAT.

9:00 PT exercises. Maureen alert and talking during breakfast and PT.

10:00 Maureen is sleepy. Bathroom: only slightly damp. Changed. No toilet activity.

10:15 In front chair to rest, but restless til noon. Finally fell asleep.

1:00pm lunch: stuffed peppers.

1:30 standing PT at sink.

2:00 bathroom: medium wet. Changed. Tinkle in toilet. Not too cloudy.

3:00pm Sr. Roberta visit. Sr. Roberta offers the following additions to daily routine:

Tapping up and down legs both inside and outside each leg with fingers to stimulate meridians.

Rub thumb upwards inside of shin bone.

Press thumb inside divot of shoulder blade to help relax arm.

Press fingers down inside of arms and say "sineaus relax" to relax arms.

To relax stiff leg, measure one hand down from "cows eye" indent below knee. Press thumb one thumb outside of shin bone. (See attached picture).

Massage hip socket in buttocks to relax sciatic nerve for tight leg.

Press under outside thigh areas with fingertips to find sineaus and say "sineaus release" to relax and stretch out leg.

Do these throughout the day.
