• October 3: 1 cap of MiraLAX | 1 container of Activia | 6 oz. of V8 | 1 Colace gel capsule

• October 4: 1 cap of MiraLAX | 1 container of Activia | 8 oz. of prune juice | 1 Colace gel capsule

• October 5: 1 cap of MiraLAX | 1 container of Activia | 8 oz. of prune juice | 1 Colace gel capsule
