Although unpleasant, it is essential to accurately and consistently describe Maureen's bowel movements. They serve as a key indicator for how well her body is functioning. It is important to use consistent terms for all blog entries so that Carolyn can make fully informed decisions each day on what if any medciine to give Maureen. With this in mind, please strictly adhere to the following standards when marking a blog entry:

  • Size: Choose one of the following categories: very small, small, medium, large or extra large.

  • Consistency: Choose one of the following categories: 1> Formed 2> Soft - Stool has no shape but it is not diarrhea 3> Loose - diarrhea

Please avoid using terms like "partially soft" or "semi firm."

Thanks for your assistance in making sure we track this factor consistently. Please contact Brian if you have any questions.
