  • January 8: 1 Senna S tablet - 50 mg | 8 ounces of prune juice

  • January 9: 1 Senna S tablet - 50 mg | 8 ounces of prune juice

  • January 10: 1 Senna S tablet - 50 mg | 8 ounces of prune juice

  • January 11: No MiraLAX or Senna | 6 ounces of prune juice

  • January 12: 1 Senna S tablet - 50 mg | 8 ounces of prune juice

  • January 13: 1 Senna S tablet - 50 mg | 8 ounces of prune juice | 2 prunes in smoothie


Bowel Movements

  • 1/10/24 @ 11:30AM - Medium soft

  • 1/11/24 @ 4:00AM - Medium soft

  • 1/13/24 @ 6:30PM - Small soft


 Last bowel movement from prior week: 1/5/24 @ 3:20PM - Extra large | 1/3 formed and 2/3 soft
