June 8, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is lying in the recliner. Her diaper is wet and seeped through her pants. Maya and I transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. We cleaned Maureen’s posterior thoroughly and put on a fresh diaper and new shorts. No redness observed. Maureen returned to the recliner after.

• 6:15pm Dinner time. Maureen ate 100% of her chicken with rice and asparagus and had two cups of water. Maureen sat upright the entire meal without use of the green wedge pillow.

• 7:17pm Administered 7.5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after.

• 7:32pm Maureen is now leaning forward and left so we decide to help her in to bed using the Hoyer lift. Diaper was wet, cleaned thoroughly. Applied Desitin and put on a fresh diaper. Applied Vicks to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is lying on her right side.
