June 7, 2021 Swingshift Update

• 4:00pm Maureen is returning to her recliner from going to the bathroom.

• 6:05pm Maureen’s diaper is dry. We proceed to the dining room to prepare for dinner.

• 6:12pm Dinner time. Maureen ate all of her beef casserole and mango salad courtesy of Carolyn. She also had two cups of water. Maureen sat upright throughout her meal but she was drooling more so than usual.

• 7:03pm Administered 7.5mg OLANZAPINE with pudding and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after.

• 7:42pm Bedtime. Transferred Maureen to bed using the Hoyer lift. Pull-up is wet, cleaned and changed to a fresh diaper. No redness observed. Applied Vicks to chest and both right and left big toe. Maureen is turned to her right side.
