Friday June 25, 2021 Overnight Update

• 5:00pm Maureen is lying comfortably in the recliner. She is talkative and smiling today.

• 5:40pm Maureen’s pull-up is now wet. We took her to the bathroom. After 12 minutes, she did not urinate anymore or move her bowels. We put on a new pull-up.

• 6:00pm Dinner time. Maureen enjoyed two slices of pizza from Rosati’s and a salad and had one and a half cup of water. Maureen was leaning forward and to the left throughout her meal and I needed to consistently reposition her. She coughed twice and did not pocket any water.

• 6:50pm Since we are expecting rain all week, we decided to take Maureen out for a walk. She was leaning to her left and needed my assistance to sit upright while we were out. She seemed happy to be out of the house and even stopped to look at the flowers we passed by.

• 7:48pm Administered 7.5mg OLANZAPINE with yogurt and 7.5mL VIMPAT. Oral care after.

• 8:00pm Bedtime. We took Maureen to bed for the night. Her pull-up is dry. We saw no redness and put on a fresh diaper. Removed socks and applied Vicks to chest. Maureen is turned to her right side.

• 10:00pm Maureen is asleep but moving about. Diaper is dry.

• 11:25pm Maureen’s diaper is now wet and she had a small, firm bowel movement. Cleaned, put on a new diaper, and repositioned to her left side. No redness observed.

• 1:20am Maureen is sound asleep. Diaper is dry.

• 3:35am Maureen is still sound asleep. Diaper is dry. Repositioned to her right side.

• 4:30am Maureen’s diaper is now wet. Cleaned thoroughly and new diaper put on. No redness observed.

• Maureen coughed twice throughout the night.
