Tom said that at 4:30 pm they transferred Maurren from bed to living room.

She started watching her favorite shows.

4:35 pm: section machine.

5:00 pm: dry diaper.

5:10 pm: dinner: sesame chicken, 1/2 small cup cake

10 oz of water.

Maureen coughed four times during the dinner.

5:45 pm: Administered 12,5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with applesouce.

6:10 pm: Oral Care.

6:30 pm: Transferred Maureen to the bedroom.

Medium wet diaper.

Cleaned and changed.

Applied Cavilon cream and Thera Calazink.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to hands and feet.

Positioned Maureen on her left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
