5:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the recliner and watching TV.

6:00 pm: We headed to the bedroom and changed Maureen. The diaper was very wet. We applied Cavilon lotion.

6:15 pm: Dinner: Chicken tenders and coleslow.

Maureen was coughing four times during the dinner.

7:05 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with vanilla pudding.

7:15 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest.

Changed T-shirt.

7:40 pm: we headed to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

Applied Nystatin Ointment under right and left breast.

Applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 98.1

Oxygen: 97

Heart Rate: 72

8:10 pm: asleep

10:00 pm: very wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned right side

12:30 am: dry diaper, repositioned left side

2.30:am: dry diaper, repositioned right side

4:30 am: medium wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned left side

Maureen slept very good.
