June 16 daytime update

• 8:30am Maureen is sound asleep. She is lying on her right side. Tom says she woke up around 7:00am and he gave her some sips of water via swab.

• 9:00am Maureen is stirring, eyes half open.

• 9:21am Merianne and I helped Maureen to a sitting position in bed. Administered 75mcg Levothyroxine with applesauce.

• 9:30am We begin our day with a full body bed bath. Maureen's diaper is dry - Merianne and I performed a clean and change. We next applied Cavilon barrier cream to appropriate areas and Cavilon barrier film to the sacral area. We dressed and next washed Maureen's hair. We transitioned to the front room after via Hoyer lift.

• 10:02am 10mg Loratidine with applesauce.

• 10:05am 10 oz water.

• 10:15am Breakfast - Waffle and pear. 8oz mixed apple juice/water. Maureen sneezed twice.

• 10:34am Oral care.

• 10:45am Nebulizer treatment.

• 10:58am Morning facial care routine.

• 11:15am We headed to the bedroom for rest break #1. Maureen's diaper is dry. Maureen will lie on her right side for one hour starting at 11:22am.

• 12:15pm Vitals:

  • BP 104/58, pulse 66, O2 99%.

• 12:22pm Rest break #1 ends. Maureen's diaper is medium wet and there is a milky white discharge present. Merianne and I performed a clean and change. We headed to the front room after via Hoyer lift.

• 12:42pm Lunch - sweet pea soup, shrimp salad, potato salad, and fresh tomato. 10 oz sparkling water. Maureen sneezed once.

• 1:40pm Oral care.

• 2:30pm We headed to the bedroom for rest break #2. Maureen's diaper is dry. Maureen will lie on her left side for one hour starting at 2:36pm.

• 3:36pm Rest break #2 ends. Maureen's diaper is dry. We dressed and headed to the front room via Hoyer lift.

• 3:50pm Fruit snack. 2 oz water. Maureen sneezed twice.

• 4:15pm Nebulizer treatment.
