June 14, 2023, Daytime Shift

6:30 am: Maureen is sleeping.

6:58 am: Maureen opened her eyes. I noticed a little twitching.

Her pulse was 130 and oxygen 96.

After 5 minutes her puls went down to 120 and in 2 minutes started to move to 94

7:10 am: Maureen took few zips of water via swab.

7:20 am : She felt a sleep again.

8:20 am: Maureen still sleeping.

8:27 am: Maureen is opennig her eyes but still looking sleepy. She took zip of water via swab.

8:40 am : She felt a sleep again.

8:55 am: Maureen’s been in and out of sleep. She seems sleepy.

We repositioned on her right side.

9:45 am: Maureen is more awake.

We raised the bed and administered Levothyroxine with apple sauce. 10:00 am: The diaper was medium wet .We started the day with giving Maureen a full body bed bath.

Dalia and I washed her body. We applied Cavilon barrier and Cavilon cream. Dressed and headed to the kitchen for breakfast.

10:30 am: Breakfast- Smoothie with 1/2 pear, 8 oz of prune juice with 1/4 cup of Miralax.

Administered Loratadin and Lisinopril. 10:40 am: Morning oral care.

10:45 am: We reclined the chair down one level. Maureen was snoozing. 10:45 am: Carolyn visited Maureen:)

11:00 am: Weekly visit with Ann Emberson, Maureen's RN. Lungs were clear. Heart rate was 76, T- 98.00, BP- 120/72

12:00 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom for first break.

The diaper was light wet. We cleaned and changed.

We applied suppository.

Maureen will lie on her right side starting at 12:15 pm.

1:00 pm: large loose BM

1:15 pm: we transfered Maureen to the kitchen for lunch

1:20 pm: Lunch: veggie soup, parmesan crakers with hommus. Vanilla yougurt for desert.

1:40 pm: Oral care.

She finished second cup of water.

1:50 pm: We reclined the chair down one level. Maureen is relaxing.

2:20 pm: We headed Maureen to the bedroom for the second break.

The diaper was medium wet. We cleaned and changed.

Maureen will lie on her left side starting at 2:30 pm.

3:15 pm: Rest break ends.

Maureen's diaper was medium wet. Dalia and I cleaned and changed and dressed her.

We wasched her hair.

3:45 pm: We headed to the front room. 3:50 pm: Fruit snack: watermelon and kiwi. Maureen is relaxing in the reclainer. She has more energii now 😊
