5:00 pm: Maureen was relaxing in the recliner and watching shows.

6:00 pm: We changed Maureen in the bedroom. The diaper was very wet. Applied Cavilon lotion.

6:15 pm: Delicious dinner prepared by Tom: beef and potato salad. Maureen enjoyed very much.

She was coughing only ones during the dinner.

6:50 pm: 7.5 ml VIMPAT and 5 mg OLANZAPINE with strawberry cheesecake yogurt.

7:05 pm: oral care, cleaned, applied Cetaphil Lotion, Vick's to the throat and chest.

Changed T-shirt.

7:30 pm: we transferred Maureen to the bedroom. The diaper was dry.

We applied Cetaphil Lotion to both feet.

Position: left side with two wedge pillows.

Temperature: 98

Oxygen: 96

Heart Rate: 76

7:50 pm: asleep

9:30 pm: very wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned right side

12.30 am: dry diaper, repositioned left side

2:30 am: light wet diaper, cleaned and changed, repositioned right side

4:30 am: light wet diaper, cleaned and changed, applied Cavilon Lotion, repositioned left side

Maureen slept good all night.
