5:00 pm: Maureen is watching TV show, resting in the recliner.

Diaper is dry.

5:10 pm: Dinner: Beef / Broccoli with rice, 3/4 cup of water with lemon. Maureen coughed three times.

5:50 pm: Administered 12.5 ml of Vimpat and 5 mg of Olanzapine with apple sauce.

6:10 pm: Evening oral care.

6:25 pm: We transferred Maureen to the bedroom. Diaper was very wet. Medium soft BM

Cleaned and changed. Applied Cavilon cream.

We applied Cetaphil lotion to face, hands, legs and feet. Positioned Maureen on her left side.

9:30 pm: Dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

12:00 am: Dry diaper.

Repositioned left side.

2:30 am: dry diaper.

Repositioned right side.

Cleaned and changed.

Repositioned left side.

Maureen slept good all night.
