7:45 pm: bed, cleaned and changed (a littlie wet), desitin,

Ciclopirox applied to both right and left big toe

VICK'S on chest and throat,

position: right side

9:00 pm: changed position: left side

10:30 pm: very wet, small formed bowel movement, cleaned i changed, desitin applied again, repositioned: right side

12:30 am: dry, position : back

2:30 am: dry, reposihioned: left side

4:40 am: medium wet, cleaned i changed, repositioned: back

She slept very good all night.

Tuesday July 28,2026 Daytime Update.

Tom’s Update Around 9AM: Tom administered 0.25ml of Morphine, And 0.50ml Lorazepam. Maureen sleeping comfortably. No pain, no moaning. 9:30AM- Maureen is on her left side still sleeping comfortably.
